Happy Leaders

In order to make a cohesive group, there needs to be at least some level of happiness.

In large groups, it’s good to have moral be high. It’s good to have the group have a positive outlook on their output. In other cases, the happiness needs to be with the leader. The leader needs to be happy so they help facilitate tasks of productivity. It’s good to have a purpose as a leader and when content with that purpose it is time to act upon it and get people excited about the same thing you are. A leader is a person and that’s just how it is . I feel that is important. A leader who pessimistic just has to go about things in a different way then a optimistic leader.

Leaders must be happy with their group or it won’t work out in the end. Would you agree that leaders need to be happy to have a successful unified team?

Leaders can show strong leadership skills when working diligently and effectively in situations that are frustrating or irritating! If the group strived to please the leader(s) in a group all the time, I think that it would draw away from the end result.

    Roger,

Yes, yes, yes! I could not agree more. It is easy to become wrapped up in one’s self as a leader, especially if things are going well and the confidence level is high. It is in our most failing times as a leader do we truly seek the epitome of inner happiness as a true testament of character.

    SNAPS!

I agree with you completely. It is critical for a leader to be able to not make work a task to make it enjoyable for everyone. When their is no happiness it makes leading much more difficult.
