The concept of my collage is that leadership is the base of all social change. Depending on the leadership the result of the change could be successful or not

So many relatable events have been impacted greatly on social networking and you clearly show that in your collage. Did you know that in Egypt, apparently Facebook and Twitter has been blocked for 30 days due to it being used as a way for protestors to organize?[UPDATE: It was not successfully blocked] Now, because cultural norms have clashed with the networking norms of today, do you feel that Facebook should have a part in this fight, or stand as a neutral platform between Egypt and the rest of the world?

Social change needs leadership. Rosa Parks was a great leader and initiator of a big movement that has shaped the nation forever in history. One event, one leader equals a MOVEMENT. They basically go hand in hand. That is so great about the true essence in leadership, which comes in different forms, shapes, colors and lengths. Anything is good enough to spark something.
