Behind Every Successful…

I would like to talk about love now. Now, I’m no love guru by any means. I just want to discuss love with leadership. Are they intertwined? Can you be in love with your job or role as a leader and in love with someone else? Is the love you feel for the person stronger than the love of your profession or your role? Does the person you love, love you or the job you have and what you can do for them? I personally feel that behind every successful person is a successful or pivotal person in their life that made/make them that way. The major question is in America with our divorce rate being so high, does that really matter? With the love you share with another person, does that affect you in your choices? If you guys split does it affect your ability to lead? I feel these are all things that have to be considered when you have solidified your career and your life and then meet someone different other than your office.

Can you be in love with your role or leadership role?

Can you truly be in love with someone?

Can you do both?

I don’t agree that behind every successful person, that they are in love with someone or something.

There are certainly people in love,

But that doesn’t mean that it’s a requirement for anyone to have to first love something or someone, for them to have any success in life.

I believe that it is certainly possible to be in love with someone and in love with your career. I don’t think that there is always a pivotal person behind someone’s success. Most of the time, however, people can be affected by an event, a qoute, or person which could have a variety of outcomes including success or even failure. I agree with Meg on the fact that you do not have to be in love to eperience success in life.

I think that there are a lot of leaders that are in love with someone. Their love one could help the leader push to their goals and become a better leader. I believe you could do both. You could be in love and be in love with your leadership role.
